We’re looking for a product marketing professional who can connect Totara’s product strategy to the tactics needed to drive the successful adoption of our products. Working with our Product Management team, Marketing and Commerical teams you’ll help to ensure all our products and features go to market with a clear market fit.

Our products make it possible to solve the greatest challenges in the learning and talent management space. As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll create scalable marketing programmes that articulate our products’ value by creating marketing materials that communicate product features and developing the marketing tools and campaigns to support the attraction of new customers and the adoption of new products and features.

We follow an Outcome-Driven Approach to define what really matters to users and identify what solutions would meet their needs. You’ll play an integral role in making sure we’re dialled in on how to communicate and connect these solutions to the organisations that need them.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role with demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet business objectives
  • Your subject matter expertise in the enterprise software marketing landscape is matched by your demonstrated ability to leverage consumer and product research to develop messaging and programs that drive user growth
  • Your ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Product Management is especially important
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including some copywriting skills which are perhaps only outdone by your excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Your exceptional ROI-tracking skills (you’re able to prove what is –or isn’t—working) are complemented by your strong understanding of web marketing technologies and familiarity with marketing automation tools
