It requires a management team who understands the importance of prioritising employees, investment in people and time, but it pays off in the end. To win the award Sweden’s Best Workplace is something that all employees can be proud of. Engagement is a prerequisite for success today." says Maria Grudén, CEO of Great Place to Work in Sweden.
"We strongly believe in involving employees in the strategic work and we advocate total transparency. In the end, it is about each person willing to feel that the job they do is important.
